Some questions about the cactus placement. Can you have more than one cactus for a bathroom? Also, does it have to be inside the bathroom or can it be sitting on the window sill of the bathroom? Is north-east placement of cactus OK?

Yes - you can have more than one cactus in the bathroom.

Window sill is fine.

As long as it is in the bathroom - any directions is suitable.
