I have selected pic #3 from Master's list, and have them stick on the wall at the north sector of my condo. Pls refer to the below pic.



If everything is fine, I would appreciate if mod can help me to activate this NSM.

Your NSM looks good as long as it is not under a beam, and it is just the cornice above it. Anyway, if Master says you have to move it, we can always re-activate for you.

it's not under the beam, but hopefully master is fine with cornice above NSM, as the ceiling is all covered by cornice.
